This hotel exceeded all our expectations. It is right in the middle of the historic centre on the promenade, overlooking the main bay, beach and port. You could not be in a more picturesque or central position. You can easily get Ubers into Lisbon, to Sintra, or to other landmarks. The hotel itself is lovely, tasteful and sparkling clean. The beds were comfortable, and you had everything you could need in the room. The top level bar was the star of the show - with a beautiful view, a cute bar, and an indoor/outdoor pool. Even though it was beautiful and warm when we visited, the top floor would be perfect even in the colder months, due to the indoor pool area. The morning breakfast was really fab, had everything you could possibly want, was always well-stocked and with enough tables and chairs to comfortably seat everyone at peak times. We were taken aback by how lovely, kind and accommodating the staff were. It was my mum's birthday, and they had placed a bottle of sparkling wine in our room as a birthday gift. On another occasion my mum asked whether she could have a robe to go up to the pool, the reception staff explained this was reserved only for suites, but when we returned to our room there were 2 robes and slippers waiting for us. Every question and ask we had, the staff were happy to answer with a smile. You can definitely tell it's a family-owned hotel. I would recommend anyone and everyone to stay here, whatever age and whatever time of year!

We spent a fabulous three nights at Hotel Baia. Travelling with family, we booked a sea view suite with balcony. This was located on the first floor and had a beautiful view overlooking the beach/sea. It was also extremely spacious. The only negative about the room, although not the hotel's fault, was that it could be extremely noisy in the morning due to deliveries and refuse collection. Therefore, if you prefer a lie-in, you might want to request one of the rooms at the back of the hotel. The hotel's facilities were excellent - we especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace and pool area. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast choice was great - both hot and cold options. The staff were extremely helpful at all times and especially at check-in and check-out. Although we did not have any additional meals at the hotel or in the restaurant, the food did look delicious. The cocktails in the bar area were fab - especially the Cosmopolitans and Mojitos!! I would definitely recommend this hotel without reservation and look forward to staying again at some point in the near future.

Location, location location is great, central to everything, most importantly the beaches! Marina views from the balcony were stunning. There is no gym but who needs a gym when you can just walk outside and go for runs with amazing views along the beaches or cliffs. The included Breakfast was delicious and for dinner and lunch, lots of food options, and a large supermarket 10 mins away. Close to the train so was able to go to Lisbon for city exploring. Staff was polite and friendly, rooms were spotless.

Fabulous view from the room, prime location in Cascais, sunny balcony, lovely rooftop sundeck and pool. Breakfast was very good. Parking was directly below the hotel - a short wait to gain access and only 10€ overnight charge. The hotel is situated right infront of the beach and beside all smart restaurants and sea front walks. Such a beautiful view from the bedroom window and balcony in the mornings.

Nicky

The location is stunning just across from the beach, lots of bars and restaurants very close by. Our room was newly renovated, with mini fridge, kettle, and cups. bed was very comfortable, the staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Car park attendant was very helpful, and looked after us superbly. Chocolates on pillow, bottles of water supplied in the room. Didn’t want to leave,
